Try this relaxation regimen (yes, we know the word regimen doesn't usually coincide with relaxation):

• For the next 30 days, commit 5 minutes of your day to yourself! It sounds simple but it's actually really hard to do. Chose any time of the day you want (many people chose the morning but you can do whatever you want).
• Call it your, "You-Time".
• Listen to any one of our relaxation tracks during you-time
• Watch your stress level diminish!

It's really easy to change your life, one session at a time. Regular relaxation has been proven to have long lasting, positive impact. So go ahead and give it a try!
